The TPDI (Tourism Platform Dependence Index) is an independent research initiative developed by TPDI.

It measures the structural dependence of tourism markets on platforms and resellers.

Data is observed and updated according to the published methodology. The TPDI does not guarantee completeness or absence of error.

Access to the index and public analyses is free.

You may consult, cite and share results in a non-commercial or editorial context, with source attribution (TPDI / TPDI).

Any commercial use of aggregated data requires prior agreement.

Diagnostics generated on request provide indicative analysis, not contractual.

PDF reports are intended for personal or internal professional use.

TPDI does not guarantee the accuracy of source data or derived conclusions.

TPDI PRO is a paid subscription providing access to extended features.

Subscription, renewal and cancellation terms are defined at the time of sign-up.

Payments are processed via Stripe. TPDI does not store card data.

Prohibition of illegal use, fraud, unauthorized automated scraping or security breaches.

Prohibition of violation of third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.).

The TPDI is provided "as is". TPDI does not guarantee absence of interruptions or accuracy of data.

TPDI shall not be held liable for decisions made based on TPDI analyses.

Where permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

TPDI may update these terms and will inform of significant changes.
